You can deposit your chips there. If you deposit your chips there, they will be subtracted from your amount in your profile, but you will still have the chips, but you can't spend chips that are in a bank. But, if you break a rule and don't have 40 chips, you can either choose to take 40 chips out of your bank, or be banned. I don't mean to say that if you don't take 40 chips out of your bank and sacrifice them then you will be banned, but that you have the choice. If you choose to be banned, there is nothing wrong with that.

P.S. You also have the right to pool your money with other users, to buy, say, a forum for yourself(like something popular you might like).
